Xenys is elaborated with select Monastrell grapes harvested from old vineyards and aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. The wine is attractive with a deep, cherry red color and purplish reflections. It is complex and structured, with ripe fruit aromas and roasted coffee and smoky hints. Its finely-crafted tannins emerge from very ripe fruit.
