Elaborated with organic grapes from old Monastrell Pie Franco vineyards, this young wine possesses an intense red cherry color, strong nose, and complex fruity flavor. The vintners destem the grapes then carry out vinification in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at a maximum temperature of 26 °C. The wine then passes to bottles where natural aging occurs.
Xenysel pairs well with red and white meats and aged cheeses.
